This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for a Family Medicine physician to join their collaborative group. Position Highlights:
• Practice full-scope Family Medicine (no OB) with the autonomy to build your practice how you like.
• Flexible schedule options include a 4-day work week or 2-weeks on/2-weeks block schedule.
• 1:8 call coverage includes ER (non-trauma) and inpatients with extraordinary additional income.
• Practice in a brand new, beautiful facility including a state-of-the-art clinic, exam rooms, ER, and procedure room.

Compensation Details:
• $300,000 base salary
• $400,000+ total earning potential with additional compensation for APP supervision and call coverage.
• Negotiable sign-on bonus, plus relocation and CME stipend.
