Samaritan Health Services in Oregon has an opportunity for a Primary Care Physician in our InterCommunity Health Network Clinic in Albany!
Samaritan Health Services is seeking a family medicine and internal medicine physician for our InterCommunity Health Network Clinic located in Albany, Oregon. Our brand new clinic will open the Fall of 2024 and will be a one-of kind clinic focused on improving quality outcomes, reducing costs, and enhancing care coordination for Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) members.
Job Specifics
- 4.5 day work week, no weekends.
- 16-18 patients per day, longer appointment times to increase quality of care.
- Enhanced care teams of physicians, advance practice clinicians, medical assistants, behavioral health, psychiatry, pharmacy, nurses, care coordinators, community health workers, and front office support.
- Patient population is a mix of healthy adult patients and adults with multiple complex diagnosis.
- Procedures may include minor biopsies, aspiration of abscesses, injections, and sutures.
Job Requirements
- Board certified/Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Experienced (3+ years) physician preferred.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Excellent clinical skills and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.

Our InterCommunity Health Network Clinic is affiliated with the Samaritan Albany General Hospital, which is a full-service, 79-bed acute care facility that provides medical services to the greater Albany, Oregon area.
