An independent hospital in Northwest Iowa is seeking to add a Family Medicine physician to their primary care practice. Position Highlights:
• Join the collegial primary care team with this independent hospital in Northwest Iowa
• 4-day work week with 32 patient facing hours per week
• Moderate volume of 15-18 patients per day
• Outstanding facilities with major renovations of both the outpatient clinic and the hospital
• Dedicated exam rooms and experienced nursing staff

Compensation Details:
• Ongoing base salary to $300,000+
• Production bonus with total compensation $400,000+
• $120,000 in recruiting incentives
• Benefits include comprehensive health care, strong retirement match, and malpractice with tail
• 6+ weeks of PTO, CME stipend, and relocation reimbursement
